FaceGlow ("we", "our", "us") operates the FaceGlow mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.

Profile Information: During onboarding, you may provide skin type, age range, gender, ethnicity, climate, skin concerns, and allergies. This data is used to personalize your experience.

Photos and Camera Data: If you use our scan or analysis features, we may access your device camera or photo library. Photos are processed for analysis and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality
• To personalize skincare recommendations and analysis

• Supabase - Authentication and database services
• OpenAI - AI-powered skin analysis (photos are processed but not retained)
• AppsFlyer - Mobile attribution and analytics
• Meta (Facebook) SDK - Advertising analytics and measurement
• Sentry - Error tracking and crash reporting
• RevenueCat - Subscription and purchase management
• Expo - Push notifications and over-the-air updates

4. Advertising and Tracking

We use advertising SDKs to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. On iOS, we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).

You can opt out of analytics and tracking at any time in the App's Settings screen.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Sensitive information such as authentication tokens is stored using your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android).

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information
• Opt out of analytics and advertising tracking
• Withdraw consent for push notifications
• Request a copy of your data
• Delete your account and all associated data

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above.
